Instructions on use
Shake well. Apply 1-2 drops to dark spots at bedtime and let dry. For larger areas, spread with a clean finger. A light residue is normal.
For faster results, use twice daily (morning and night). Once dry, make up or sunscreen may be applied.
Results begin in 1 month. Continue for 3-6 months.

About the Product
Can this product cause redness, dryness or irritation?
No, this product is safe for all skin types and sensitive skin. TXA is non-irritating unlike hydroquinone and azelaic acid. The chance of redness, dryness or irritation is very low. If you have any of these side effects you should discontinue use of the product.
Can I put make-up, foundation, sunscreen or moisturizer while using this serum?
Yes, you can put make-up, foundation, sunscreen or moisturizer on top of the serum after it dries. However, doing so may decrease the effectiveness of the serum.
Can I use this product on my face, body, lips or genital area?
Yes, it is safe to use the serum on your face and body but it cannot be applied on the lips and is not recommended for the genital area.
Can I use this product for dark circles under my eyes?
Yes, but be careful to avoid the eyes or conjunctivae.
What does it mean to use twice daily?
It means that you may choose to put 2-3 drops of the serum on your dark spot(s) before bedtime and in the morning when you wake up. Give yourself 8-12 hrs between the two applications.
Can I wipe off the residue?
Yes, you may rub, wipe or rinse off any residue with water after it dries.
When will I see results?
You will generally see results in 4-6 weeks.

Where do you ship to?
We ship exclusively to addresses within Canada at this time. However, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Sorry, we do not ship to the United States or Internationally at this time but fully intend to as we grow.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-7 days for delivery.

My order shows as delivered but I did not receive it, what should I do?
We understand how frustrating it can be when your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived. What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, then you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or heavily used.
